I was having a conversation with 
(I think that's the name. xD Well, I'll know if a picture of Mayuri shows up as the icon) a while back about Mayuri Kurotsuchi having his own show. This was a very late, but very much inspired result.
The background looks like algae, seaweed, and fisheggs. . . FAIL! lolz. It's suppose to be poison with bubbles in it. And, I could've done better with his sword. . . I'm just not sure what to do with it with Mayuri in a "welcoming" pose like a host.
